- Well got out today for 64 miles and 2000 more feet of climbing, followed by 30 min tempo run. Legs sore and itb's a little inflammed. Yesterday was 76 miles and ~3,000 climbing.

I am very happy with my progress and so ready to start the taper .
No goals for this race except to finish and be smart!! EN execution means a great race with a great time. It's just what happens when you execute like a ninja.
