Week 15 ending

  • Well got out today for 64 miles and 2000 more feet of climbing, followed by 30 min tempo run.  Legs sore and itb's a little inflammed. Yesterday was 76 miles and ~3,000 climbing.
  • For the month biking 801 miles, Burned 27,439 calories, racked up 2,632 TSS points, and ave heart rate was 138.

I am very happy with my progress and so ready to start the taper .  

No goals for this race except to finish and be smart!!  EN execution means a great race with a great time.  It's just what happens when you execute like a ninja.

  • Did my RR last weekend to end 15. I watched a whole lot of "Rescue Me" to pass the time. That was fine. I used the IMCdA on the CT to keep it interesting.
    Run was cold but hit my paces.
