Want some company for that Saturday bike or Sunday work out?  Great Lakes Multisport Cycling and Running Expo is Sat/Sun Jan 30 - 31. Some 50 education sessions, more than 150 exhibitors and non-stop swim, bike and run activities for all ages and abilities....plus showers.  All, to raise money for Racers Against Childhood Cancer.

The first 4,000 attendees at the Expo will receive a goodie bag with valuable coupons and discounts — valued at over $150. And the first 500 people entering the Expo will receive a special RACC gift, custom Sock Guy RACC socks. Every hour of the expo, Sponsor Exhibitors will be giving away items individually valued at $250 or more — over $12,000 in give-aways planned

I attended this event last year, and it was pretty fun. Unfortunately I'll be gone that weekend, so not able to attend this year. But if any of you go, be sure to stop by the SBR Coaching / Rocket Bicycles / Race Day Events booths and tell them I sent you. Good friends of mine...
