TP Trainin Peaks Device Agent 3.0 Problems

i downloaded the newest version to get the device capability for the Garmin 910XT. Now I am trying to DL from my joule and the download process a window pops up, Download CycleOps Joule

then it says "initializing CycleOps Joule on F:/...

and then i get a not responding message....

any ideas/??

    I've had same issues. Just wait. Takes FOREVER

    seems to have worked, but now not understanding why my powerfile on road bike, which i haven't ridden since upgrading firmware on the Joule didn't come through as a readable file. I synched the joule with the pT on the roadbike yesterday as if it was new....
