IMCDA Week 10 sessions

Started the day by bagging the last part of my swim.  Ended up with ~2200 yards.

Run went as planned, 47 minutes at 6.2 miles with 2 x 1 mile @ 6:04 and 6:14 (6:26 target). 

Going to have to suffle some of this week's workouts, but trying to keep the bikes to the weekend.  Good luck everyone!

  • So far so good this week. Monday's run I was able to throw in 20 minutes @Z3. That's the fastest running I've been able to do since my back injury. Plus a 3000 yard straight swim/pull Monday night (1000 swim, 1000 pull, 500 swim, 500 pull, no rest breaks). I swim Masters 2x a week (Thurs/Sat), so Mondays are my distance night.

    I have to shuffle workouts somewhat, so today I did Wednesday's Bike/Run and it felt great. The run was the best I've had all month, yay!

    My new bike should arrive within the week, I cannot wait!!!

     

     

  •  Easy this week.  Recovering from bbw.   Swims.    100 miles on this sunday.  Organized local ride.   Full bore next week.   Maybe to idaho next weekend to ride the course.
