What should be my goal wattage numbers for this specific interval?

good question. I was just digging around to see if I could figure that part out and you beat me to it.
In a earlier post they said the 3 min intervals were at you 5min max watts from the test last tuesday. For me that is almost identical to 120% of my ftp. 3mins at 120% in my case sounds like it is going to be painful.
