Advice on Missed ABP Ride
10 Weeks IM Adv. Prior week was BBW of nearly 19 hours. Got back on the bike yesterday and did the prescribed 4 hour workout. Had a good ride. This morning my ABP ride lasted just 40' because the little yellow trainer tire blew up. Big gash in the side. Ride over. Honestly, I felt like crap so I wasn't that sad about the blow up. So I went on an easy 40 minute run to at least do something. Truthfully, today ended up as a super easy day - nearly what I would call recovery.
So bottom line is, hardly any ABP in the last 3 weeks. During the BBW I did some Zone 3 work to bump up the TSS. But not much dedicated ABP.
So question to the group would be, should I bag the scheduled Monday Run (Mile Repeats) tomorrow and go ride ABP for a couple of hours? I can shift the Monday Run to Tuesday but the schedule would look like this:
Monday - ABP Bike
Tuesday - Run Mile Repeats, Swim
Weds - FTP Bike + Brick Run
Thurs - Long Run
Concern I have is that's pretty packed in for four days.
Or, should I just get over the ABP thing already and move on?
Thoughts?

Either would work but the standard advice is to move along. Sounds like you needed a rest day. I did something similar today and bagged some hammock time in the backyard after taking the family to lunch.
There's no right answer. If you've got the time and the energy, there's no harm in your plan (move Sunday's bike to Monday, and double up Monday'r run with Tuesday's swim), but at this point in the training cycle, you have to be tuned in very carefully to fatigue signals and the potential value of rest. As in, do you need to take Monday off, or do Monday's run intervals in the evening? And how will you feel next weekend when the back to back ricdes come up again. And, (Most important), why are you not outside on Sunday???!!! In the grand scheme, IMO, the second long ride of a week is among the less important workouts.
Move on don't fret it.
I called the audible this morning. Feet were sore (been dealing with PF in both feet), so Mile Repeats would have not been a good choice. I did 2.5 hours ABP and had a pretty good ride. We'll see how the Mile Repeats go tomorrow.
