I said I was low maintenance but, I need help
Day three of my trial. I just don't understand where I am...it appears to be calling for a 60 minute run and 80 minute bike. Is this correct? I am training for IMOO with NO swimming until I am cleared by my shoulder surgeon. I need to be on the super beginner plan because of coming off of the injury.

In case you don't know how to access your plan, go to the top left "training" tab and go to "my training plan".
It appears to be the intro to EN workouts. I guess I thought I was going to have a real plan that I could follow for a few days. My plan has a swim, bike, and run workout, so I am pretty sure I am not supposed to do all three. I can't swim, but I can bike and run, but it's an 80 minute bike and a 60 minute run which seems excessive for outseason. Sorry to be such a newb, thanks so much for replying!

I did your season plan and emailed it to you on Monday, I believe. Everything you need should be in there, let me know if you don't have it or can't find it. Maybe check your spam folder.
