FYI: http://www.tribiketransport.com/ is offering a $40 discount before Feb 1 for their bike transport serivce to north American Ironman and some 70.3 events.

Last year, I was a TriBIke Transport-sponsored athlete. Today, literally, I'm supposed to find out if I made it to the 2010 team - that's the date they gave, any way.

At some point in the near future, they're going to provide me a discount code to everyone in da Haus. It's not $40 off, it'll probably be closer to $20. I think this discount code is regardless if I'm on the team or not, but I'll hopefully find out VERY soon.

I just received the email, I'm in for 2010 with TriBike Transport.

I'd say go with the $40. Unfortunately, I don't anticipate them going above the $10 they offered in 2009 or the suggested $20 for 2010.

It looks like a pretty good deal to get your bike shippped via FedEx.  The Bike Boxes are cardboard but look a bit secure inside. you don't have to take it all apart either.

I'm seriously looking at this for the ToC camp.

Do we have a 2012 code for TriBike Transport or does the 2011 code work?

I don't know if the 2011 code still works, but I've already asked for a 2012 code. No word back yet.
