Can you please tell me how should I modify my training for half Racine in July, I am on my first week of the 20 week intermediate IM for Wisconsin ......thank you Claudia

Claudia... first off welcome to EN. Second, there's a lot of time between Racine and IMMoo. I have my opinions but listen to Rich and Patrick.
