HIM RR Pacing for bike
I have just moved from the Fast Camp training plan into the HIM training plan, and will be doing my first cycling/run RR tomorrow. I did read through the wiki for info, but I wanted to make sure i understand what 'the plan' is. Riding 56 miles, from what I understand the idea is to ride this as I would in a race scenario. So, 30 minutes at zone 2, then as much zone 3 as possible for the remainder of the ride, is that correct? No other intervals? Is the goal to do a HIM race at a zone 3 intensity? What are these TSS tables I read about, could not seem to find them, how do they help determine what intensity you want to ride at? Thanks in advance, lots of newbie questions... so much info to digest!

Per the HIM Execution in the wiki (http://members.endurancenation.us/Resources/Wiki/tabid/108/Default.aspx?topic=Race+Execution,+Half+Ironman) , Gear 1 is your warmup gear, 2 is your all day in the flats gear, 3 is your long climb gear and 4 is your short climb gear.
