Mulitple Rides Downloading as one: Joule to Power Agent

So A few times now I have noticed that if I have multiple rides to download from my joule to power agent it will sometimes download all into one activity. 

1.  After every ride I usually hit "stop and save" on the joule

2.  on the joule it appears to show accurate ride data.  meaning it will show that I have done a ride Tue/ Thu and Sat. 

When I connect the joule to my PC everything works as it should, I hit the computer to computer Icon to download my data but the mulitple rides don't always show up in power agent,  what often happens is that all the data will download but Tue and Thur ride will now merge into one ride.    so instead of two 1 hour rides it will show one two hour ride and the charts look weird because its like the data was taken over a 48 hour period. 

I'm guessing this is a case of USER ERROR... 

should I be doing something different after each one of my rides instead of Stop and Save...Do I just need to download after every ride...

Hmm, I have the same equipment and haven't noticed that. I also do the "Stop & save" but I generally download after each ride. But I didn't last night so after I download my next ride, i 'll let U know...

Is it possible you hit "Merge" instead of Save when downloading the rides? That's all I can think of... My 2 separate rides stayed separate....
