Difference between IM beginner and Intermediate plans?
This will be my first IM and i'll be starting a 20 week plan on June 16 (currently doing Get Faster). What are the differences between the beginner and intermediate plans?
Should I only consider the beginner since this is my first?
I completed a HIM about 3 weeks ago, at 5:40 . I was intending to finish about 5:15 but had some digestion issues that slowed my second half of the run down (had I been a EN member then I probably would not have had those issues).

It's a function of your current fitness and past PR's / performances, not your history in the sport (ie, have or have not done an IM). Based your times above, you fit the Intermediate plan.
