Is it free if you are a member? If so how do I get my hands on it? Would love to listen to it on my next trip.

Our power training and racing stuff is here, including a discount code to purchase the webinar. The webinar is very, very, very good and comprehensive, to teach you everything you need to know about training and racing with power.

@ David , your in a good place to learn about Power. I had a power meter for over a year being coached by an outside coach. I always wanted to know more about training with power vs being trained with power. Its nice to know the in/outs of the device.

David, the power webinar is good...I was just reviewing one of the sections this weekend for the 3rd time...I keep going back to it to pick up new things...

I recommend you purchase if you have the $$..
