Missing a week of training....what to do????

Hi All,

Did a search on this, but didn't find the answer I was looking for, so I thought I's see what the Nation thinks.  I am in the fortunite place of being able to have Laisk surgery tomorrow.  I'm stoked!  But I will miss about a week of workouts from it.  So the question is:

Do I just forget them and pick back up on the Nov OS plan when I can? or do I put the plan "on hold" and just start with tomorrow's workout next wednesday?

I'm thinking I just skip them and jump right back on the plan when I'm ready.  (just like they say to do when you are sick for a few days)  I am curious if missing 7 days of workouts changes the philosphy from missing 3 workouts?

Thoughts, comments, concerns????

  • I would try to jump right back in...and then dial the intervals back a bit if they are too hard, but you should be fine. Enjoy it and good luck!
