I have 2 cans of Vittoria pit stop that I've never used (there, now I'm guaranteed a flat at my next race) 

I roll Vittoria Open Corsa Evo clinchers.

I have used Vittoria pit stop but it didn't fix a flat "glueon tyre" in a race — that's why I use clinchers now.

 Careful.    I have had two cannisters blow up in a hot car.

Well, I have a can but have not used it in a race. Has anyone used it for a flat in any circumstance? Jordan Rapp said he puts a little tire sealant in his tires BEFORE an IM ... Anyone ever try that?

 I always use sealant tubes like specialized airlock.   Maybe lose couple minutes for an ironman but that is better than alternative.

I have a 1 for 3 success rate with pit stop like cans to be used after a flat. Of course the 1 time it worked was in training, and when i needed it during a race it didn't do anything beside make a big mess on my wheel, the road and me. I still race with a can of it in important races though as it only takes about 10 seconds to try it and see if it works and it did work for me once.

I'm thinking about trying to prefill a tube and see how that approach works. I'll probably go with stan's as that seems to have been around the longest and have the most people using it.
