Garmin Connect Guys.... Training Effect??? What is it?
I use Garmin Connect in concert with Training Peaks. Not sure why. I guess just because I have used it longer, it backs up nicely and automatically via the ANT+ Wireless, etc.
Question - Recently they added the term "Training Effect". It is a scale from 1-5 with a 3 being "improving" , 4 as "highly improving" and 5 as "over reaching". Does anyone know how this works? I like it because it is a simple look at run intensity, but don't know what drives it.
Any wicked smart ideas or thoughts?
