arm warmers under wetsuit

Opionions on wearing arm-warmers under full-sleve wetsuit?

I generally give my podium competitors 3-4min in the water so T1 is where I can get 1-2min back if smart. I understand the donut thing suggested for arm-coolers just curious whether anyone wears/has tried with arm warmers and whether taking suit off essentially pulls them down anyway.

    I do it all the time. You can pull them back up your arm as you run into t-1 (if they even slip down) This will not slow you down at all and they usually dry out before you are 2 miles down the road.

    Do it. They only move a little when the wetsuit comes off. Save the donut method for non wetsuit swims.
