Interesting read. Thanks for posting. Good to get a bit of another perspective, althought it is hard to separate the salt from the sugar in there. I do think it is funny that one of the commenters below the post took the whole thing so seriously. That doode is probably riding 6 hours on the trainer on Saturdays and doing 2 hour LSD runs on his treadmill on Sundays! Ha!! I'm looking forward to my trip there in Feb to check it out in person!
