@Shawn - I am 5'10" and 185 and have a large. It is tight and I would only wear it for a TT given it's skin tightness. I am going for an XL if that helps.

Joe- I just sent it back today so they should have a Medium in stock soon. I think they are technically Men's but boy they run small. I could have lived with the Medium except it was super short. Good luck!
