Transition from HIM to IMLP training wkend

Hi All,

Anyone have suggestions for how best to train this week seeing as how I just raced Rev3 Quassy this past weekend?  As per the wiki, but a few slight changes...Coach P said to train as usual until Wed, w/Thurs off, but that's assuming no race this past weekend.

 

M - Off

T - Off

W - Swim + easy spin on the bike

Th - Off or EZ run??

F - IMLP camp

  • I would post this to the microthread and you will get direction from the coaches.
  • I think your plan sounds solid. You are going for a training weekend not a race. Eat well, but not too much, rest and take easy. Have fun!
  • I did Quassy last year, then the training camp. I did one open water swim between the two, and that was it. You had a big weekend last weekend, and another coming up!
