Water running technique?
Hi all,
Looks like I am joining the water running gang here. Just back from 2 months away with a glute injury. Now starting back to running and find myself with a sore achilles. Not wanting to aggravate THAT any further I think I might head into the pool. Like Steve, I am signed up for IM Canada. So what do you do? Flotation belt, drive knees up and down, swing arms. Anything else? Do you worry about heart rate? Can you get your heart rate up?
