Are you using some software to evaluate/analyze your workouts, like WKO+?
I use WKO+, on my PC, and it's easy to calculate the rolling 28 day average FTP using that. I don't know how other software works it, such as Golden Cheetah, SportsAgent (??), etc...
Go to the Mean maximal power chart and make sure it is set up properly. Under option, select customise this chart, and then select date range "last 28 days", and then uder the details tab, select "normalised power",and hit apply.
When the chart has been redrawn, point the mouse to the curve where the time is 60 mins, and the the normalised power shown is your swag of your FTP. This method works best if you spend most of your riding time just hammering on the bike.
