help me design a "keep your tail down' gizmo
Here's what I want: a gizmo that will beep or give me some kind of nag when my the tail of my aero helmet sticks up, or goes past, say, one or two inches from my back.
Dunno what I would need to do this. I'm thinking Radio Shack + smart people will have the answers.
Then I want to use it, then post it on ST, make a carbon version, and sell it for hundreds of bucks to wealthy AGers.
But for now I just want to make one for myself. Any tinkerers out there who could point me in the right direction?

If you want it to beep, there's going to have to be some tape/back circuitry that sets to break when you leave aero. There could be a whole line of custom "smart" patch kits to go with the carbon fiber version of this.
Or, even lower tech, occasionally I'll flex my neck back to touch tail to back and check helmet position.
Velcro
I think it needs to be some form of a mercury switch that allows the head to tilt X degrees but beyond X it sets off a shrieking siren directly into your ears. Needs to be carbon, have aero in the name, be ANT+ compatible, and requires another gadget to be mounted to the aerobars.
And bluetooth!!! haha
