# RR 1

All go well out there today. It was hot no doubt for all of us. My issue was off the bike after 100 mi I blasted out at a 6:30 pace for the first 3 mi then forcefully began to dial it back to just under 7 for the next 3. Not my normal pace for a marathon IM. My worry is carry over and over extending myself to quickly. That was my day, how was your day!. Which face matches your day

@ Steve---I joined this group just to see if your using that powermeter......let's see some stats!!!!!!

  • Ah Keith I just got my garmin 500 back this week,(sent back to garmin I screwed it up) so I am still building my knowledge base. I just can't throw numbers out there in e-land and not understand what I am saying! Soon but yesterday's ride was in the IF for IM riding for me!

I have no idea why I am there below with no quotes?????

  • We'll be doing out RR next Sat 7/14. Today we did our longest runs for this training cycle. Glad those are done. We came out the other end still walking normal. SCORE. Onward and upward. 6 more weeks to go until retirement!! This will be my last IM. Have had enough of the game. Looking forward to other activities in this lifeimage. My dear husband will continue on racing IM's. I think he is up to 22 or something like that. They don't phase him at all. My superman.
