Golden Cheetah--help!!!

I bought a power meter and have only mac's in the house.  trying to get it to work with golden cheetah.  i have a smart computer guy at work trying to get this working for me.  he cannot figure it out.  keeps telling us something about FDTI drive, and does not recognize my unit?? ??  I am bad with this stuff.  can someone help??  can you just take something like this to an apple store and pay them to do this kind of stuff?  that would be my preference..thanks!!!

    Yup, you've got to install the FTDI drivers. Read this: http://goldencheetah.org/users-guide.html Note, after I did that, my PT can be downloaded by GC but not by Poweragent anymore

    Brian, I went thru this about a month ago. So frustrated that I basically gave up. Luckily I have a basic Windows Laptop that I run WKO+ on. I wanted GC on my Mac just to play and compare my FTP's between the two. But, that driver stuff drove me nuts. I gave up.

    If you figure it out, please let us know. I'd still like to try Golden Cheetah.
