changing the hack

I was going to continue on with a SC plan however I injured my shoulder and don't want to push a swim.

 

I was thinking about doing the Philly Marathon and only have the marathon hack to go by. I'm 17 weeks out from a 16 week plan.  So the time is right for some fluff thrown into the mix. What I want to do is run Monday, Wednesday and Saturday.

The problem is as the miles increase on the long run I don't want to commit the time to 15 -20 mile runs on Saturday and be spent for the day or weekend.

So I'm thinking about adding a Friday run in there. So I could split Saturdays run up into 2 days.

 

Any thoughts to this ?
