Data not loading to WKO+

I have SRM PM and use their PC7 as the head unit.  Have used it since 9/2010.  For the first time the data is not loading into WK0+.  I see the data on the unit when cyclling, it seems to load to Device Agent and WKO+, but when I pull the file up in WK0+ it has no data.  Is this a PC7 issue or WK0+ issue? Still waiting for SRM to get back to me.

    Pete, I had some issues recently, also. Though, I use Quarq instead of SRM.

    I'm no gadget wiz so don't think that I know anything other than this.....I picked up a new USB cable and everything transferred just fine after that.

    Just a thought.
