I've used the old Timex GPS, and had horrible luck with it...this looks pretty slick, and it has ANT+...though I wonder about its battery life.

I don't think it will beat my beloved 310XT, but competition is always good...

 That is interesting. I also had horrible luck with the a Timex Ironman gps and am liking my 310xt way better. However, if I'm going out with just a watch and HR monitor, I always pick up the Timex. Those peeps know how to make an intuitive watch.

I hope that it is awesome.  Certainly looks much more like a watch than a 310.  It will be really nice when my regular watch has perfect gps etc.  Soon enough I am sure it will be a reality.

Hopefully the Power data is accurate and it can show rolling averages. If nothing else it will at least force garmin to keep improving their products.
