Please Continue Updating Your Weekly Numbers...

Folks -

Please don't forget to go put your Tuesday interval numbers into the weekly spreadsheet here:

I know folks are hurting, but it's pretty cool to see that many (not all) of you are doing 4 x 3' harder than you did the 1 x 5'.  I smell some progress....  image

  • Patrick...the pVO2 is an average of the 4x3' wattages correct?

  • P,

I've updated the numbers but my numbers don't tell the full story.

Because I use ERG files for my workouts (like a few others in the Clinic) I have no choice but to push the watts. Sometimes there is a slight varriance when I review in WKO but they are almost always exactly what I program the file for.

The issue (that we are discussing in the w3 tue thread now) is I could not get the 4th interval done without taking a 30" break. Therefore I actually did 3 x 3'(3)' followed by 2 x 1.5'(30"). When I download the file the "4th" interval still comes up as about what it should for the full 3 minutes, but in reality I couldn't do it. BTW, the 30" of rest is not recorded because I have to pause the CT to get the rest.

How do you want me to report this in the numbers so you have accurate data?
  • sorry for the confustion...you should be posting to the sub sheet (see names at bottom) as it asks you for EACH interval, and it will calc the average. Matt, put them together as one interval (TSS is about the same) and make a note in the spreadsheet.

  • Coach Patrick,
How do you add a sub sheet with my name on it? Or do you have to do that?
I added my name in the main spreadsheet and just have been adding the avg number every week. I can keep on doing that if that is not a big deal.
    Thanks.
