How did your RR go?
Relatively happy with mine. 112 miles in 5:56 in brutally hot NOVA weather. 0.675 IF. Decent pacing with last two 30 minute segments holding up at 0.67 ande 0.68. First time riding with Lap NP on the screen and it was more useful than I thought it would be, so definitely leaving that up. Felt good getting off the bike then realized that my cooler was out of water. I ran 1.5 miles and then decided that it would probably be better to not run without H20 in 95+ degree heat. 6 GU's, 2 honey stinger waffles, 1 salt stick per hour, and lots of water and gatorade for the bike.
