latex tubes for Hed Tri spoke wheel

I ordered the tires and tubes from Rich but now realize the stem is way toooooooo long.  Any one have a recommendation for a lates tube with a short stem that will fit the cut out?

how long is way too long? There's 51mm stem latex tubes on amazon

Michelin AirComp latex 700x18-20mm with 36mm stem or 700x22-23mm with 40mm stem work great. Very hard to find in the USA so I order from Probikekit.com. I do have 10 of the 40mm tubes and I'd be willing to sell a few to you if you're interested.

I'm pretty sure that Vittoria latex stems will work in the tri-spoke.
