Just in from racing Timberman 70.3 and checked the team tracker.... Wow, there are 7 under 11 hours! and looks like Steven Chaves got a podium spot.....

Yes - seems like this race is going well - I've also heard great things about the course and the ski village set up also gets high marks. Also heard they had volunteers out on the weekends prior to the race to help those who where there to check out the course, so really seems like the community is supporting it. I'd say this race is around to stay. and will sell out fast again - especially since IMNYC appears to be in trouble....

Some fantastic team performances today...really looking forward to reading the race reports!

Pete Joachim just finished in 14:50. Great to see him cross the line after the medical troubles he had last year at IMLP. Congrats!

It's a fast course, or at least yesterday provided for some very fast conditions. Highly recommend the race to anyone on the fence, more to come in a RR later.

Talked to Carrie Chavez. Her, Steve and few others loved the course. said it was best IM yet and they have done plenty.
