Why am I not capturing NP, AP, TSS in WKO?

I am using a Garmin EDGE 800. 

I just upgraded to the latest software (Twaniese version 2.6) which  matches the US update with NP, AP, TSS, etc.

I have yet to ride & create a file with the new updated software containing NP, AP, TSS.

I am brand new to PowerTap and riding with power outdoors. I have been using my PT for 14 days tops.

Is the lack of NP data because I didn't have the latest software on my EDGE 800 and it didn't capture it? Or should WKO automatically calculate that data? If not, is there anyway to obtain it?

    All those metrics should be on your 800. Can you see NP, AP, IF, TSS etc being displayed? If not, are you sure your PT is paired?

    If yes, then it has to be a data transfer issue. How are you pulling data from the Garmin to WKO?

    Do you see any data in WKO like time, distance, speed?

    If you could fill in a few details, we can help trouble shoot.

    Had to uninstall and reinstall the software. Seems to be working now. I still do not capture the lap data with NP/AP - but I get the overall ride and PEAK data for my past rides. Which is the most important. Now that I have the updated garmin software - I should be complete.

    You can create the lap data in WKO by selecting the section on the ride graph. In the menu somewhere there will be a "create range" which you select and then you can name it.

    Can you see lap data in the 800 in the history section after resetting? If not, the issue may be user error or something the the 800. Have never seen it not transferring lap data over.

    How short are your laps? Sometimes very short laps - less than a minute I think - would not record NP because there is not enough data and it wil only show AP.
