  • Just got the email as well... time to stock up for the year at half off!
  • Just got the email too - I've never done infint before - how do I find the EN formula on their site?
  • Darn- heading out the door back to the dentist. Won't be getting 50%.

This link should work, if not click on the EN logo at the bottom of the get started page

    Here you go: http://www.infinitnutrition.us/prod...ategory=33

I personally use a custom formula that works well for me, but many have used the EN formula above.

  • Wow, no idea what to get. Any recommendations? I'm not into super sweet but I guess I can water down.
  • Anyone had any luck? I keep getting an error page after I select my shipping during checkout...
  • They seem to have generated quite the demand!  Their server is having a very tough time loading right now.  hoping I get in under the wire!

    Mike

  • The site can not handle the traffic they're getting. I have been unable to complete an order for about 45 minutes. I'll give it one more go.

    So what have they accomplished?

    1) they got a lot of people to go to their site over a short period of time. lots of impressions.
    2) the've frustrated a lot of people trying to order stuff the sell. lots of error messages.
    3) a few people that are willing to keep trying and waiting will get a nice discount.

Overall was this a good move for the infinit brand?

My take, no.  They should have had some idea of the increased traffic, and made the appropriate plans for it.  If you're going to offer an exploding discount, you've got to be able to forecast demand to some extent.

That said, I don't think it'll turn off a lot of customers.  It'll probably just force them to extend the interval that they offer the discount, as I've heard that they tend to do right by their customers.

  • I finally gave up. I'll try it another time.
  • I have been having the same problems. I am not sure if this will work or not, but I have to head out to school and can't keep trying so emailed my order to the customer service email address. Hopefully that'll get processed!
  • The systems actually went down for a short period of time. After they came back I was able to complete my order, I think. They are still offering the 50% discount.
  • i'll give it another try
  • I got soooo close and had my credit card info in and everything and then it crashed. Now i'm getting the same errors again. I'm going to try again in a little bit as well.
  • Guess I was the only one to get in a 50% order. I had everything ready to go by 12pmEST, and just hit submit - it worked.
  • I still can't get an order in. ROI on this is going way down.

I did the same, but at around 12:02 when i hit submit, I got a your cart is empty message and had to start over.

Eitherway, I like the product so I will buy more from them even at normal price.

  • Of course this didn't work on the Canadian website.  I put my order through anyway and requested the discount via the comments section.

  • just put in my order....system was fine....still got 50% discount
  • ok, i just put an order in and got the discount.
  • Finally just got through.  Got the 50%, too.

    Mike

  • I tried for over an hour and it kept going back to "cart empty" or "that discount can't be used".
I sent them a few e-mails requesting the dicsount. I finally just got it to go through but without the discount code.
  • If you didn't get it, call them and talk with the team. Michael and his folks are great to work with. They just have to be sure you were trying to get in. They did right by me. Good luck.
