Free Time
I have some free time in my marathon training plan the Intermediate Marathon Nation plan. I have allowed 3 weeks of , just in case, so what would be the most beneficial way to invest my extra training time if everything goes all right ?
I could do repeat weeks, but which ones ?
I could do some biking, I'm trying for 2 days a week now.
Suggestions ?
