Next Step in Working the 310: How to move files?
K. Got it setup nicely. Learning curve is coming along.
Have several workouts 'uploaded' onto GarminConnnect.
Now (and I know that some of you mentioned this in my 'Display' thread), how do I move those GarminConnect files into WKO+ so I get some analysis?
Here's what I gathered from the other thread...
go to GarminConnect.
open a specific workout on My Dashboard.
Click Export, choose the TCX file option.
K, that's where I'm at....I get an Error Window...'Windows Can't Open This File: To open this file, Windows needs to know what program to use to open it.....'
So, my next question is what program do I use (or get) to open this TCX file?

I use the app inside WKO to bring in my files. It is the button that looks like a little blue square that has an arrow going to a computer-like icon.
Hope that makes sense?
I use my Macbook for all things not WKO+. So, I've been uploading my files from the 310 into GarminConnect on my Macbook. Then, after the upload, I've been clearing the 310.
Since WKO+ is on a smaller Windows based laptop, I was wondering if I could open this windows based laptop, download my files from Garminconnect onto the computer, then upload them into WKO+ for use. That's when I hit the error window, says I need a program that will open a TCX file. So, I can see the TCX files downloaded in the Computer files, but I can't open them. Do I need to 'open' them? Can I just drag them into WKO+ calendar or something?
And i think I'll try to set the Garmin stuff up the Windows system in addition to the Macbook.
Yep, I'm hell with this computer stuff....
Where does the ANT Agent store my history?

I use WKO+'s Device Agent to load my Garmin stuff. It works great for loading bulk data to WKO+

I just needed to sit down and give it some attention...several things to download (which I don't remember doing on the Mac), then stumble across the 'Pair Device' option on the 310...and, BOOM! Data's moving.
Went straight into TP Device Agent and WKO+.
thanks for the help from all of ya!
