Applesauce Help?
I've been doing the pre race/ rr applesauce breakfast. It seems to work alright, but I definitely get a blood sugar spike about one hour later. 3.5 cups of applesuacet has alot of high fructose corn syrup in it. There's noway I could ever go back to sleep after that much. What brand of applesauce does everyone use? Is there a brand with less fructose corn syrup in it?

The applesauce has to be non-sweetened exactly because of the high fructose corn syrup issue. My contact at Core Diet said expect to be a bit bloated, but there is plenty of time for it to settle down (a few hours at least). I don't have a brand to recommend - I make my own!
