I like the new addition of single focus training that you have put into the training plans. I'm talking about the marathon and half marathon.
It does take the guess work out of posting questions about the best pathway to do a race like these as stand alone without having to follow another coaching plan.
A great addition and value for the peeps.
Looking forward in my career with endurance sports I feel I may put the IM training to bed for awhile. I did by accident was forced to do a Duathlon , because the water quality was crap, and I liked the challenge.
My suggestions for EN is to develop a Duathlon training program. This seems to me not to much tweaking would be required from an existing plan and would only improve the value of EN that much more. Another thing to think about would be the aqua-vella , I mean swim bike end of race thing. There are folks here that can't run a lot but can swim as well as some folks who can run but don't want to or cant swim.
Just a few thoughts for the team looking forward.
