Week of Sept 17

Ok, I guess I will keep this up for another week and see if anyone joins me.

This week is going to have to get modified to fit some work related travel in. I am out of town wed-fri and will miss the scheduled mid week bike.

So Monday I got on the bike and did an hour on the trainer riding intervals. Then at lunch I went to crossfit. A guilty pleasure. I only go once per week in season. I am sure I would race better if I let it go and spent the hour running but I'm not going to so there you are.

We did clean and jerk and then a wod with a bunch of jump rope, push press and front squats. It was pretty crushing. I have lost serious strength during the course of the tri season.

Tuesday is track day. This morning we did 1k, 2k, 1k, 1k with 2:00 recovery between intervals. Pace was just below 7min/mi for the 1k's and just over forthe 2k. At lunch I will do the Rx'd EN swim.
