custom jersey gone wrong; lost in translation

What happens when you combine:

1. An athlete who wants a custom EN 'hot weather' jersey, and chooses his printer by cost

2. a front desk employee at the printer who speaks English and Tagalog

3. a graphic designer / print operator at the same printer who speaks Tagalog and Malay, but not English?

Evidently something gets lost in translation. So, you get a jersey where instead of the big awesome eye-catching NBC broadcast-ready "EN" logo and wordmark across the chest that you spec, there's a wee little lilliputian 'en' logo and wordmark about 2 cm above the belly button.

Sublimated, so there's no going back.

When I saw it, I kind of felt like Spinal Tap felt when the Stonehenge model was lowered onto stage.
