Two choices. Calfee Designs or Spyder Composites. Both have great reputations and do amazing stuff. They have great before and after pics on their sites as well.
I recently snapped the top tube on my Colnago C59, long story, and I went with Calfee. I just knew people that had personal experience with them versus Spyder. They have not yet returned the frame, this happened last month, but to date they have been awesome to work with. They offer a 10 year warrantee and do some amazing paint work in addition to also making custom bikes.
Matt Appleman will replace the broken dropoyt for $700 and repair the carbon for around $200. My carbon damage is in a seat stay (The chain bit into it)
I don't have pics yet as I am super busy with work for the next few days (and the bike is at the shop).
I will get a quote from your contact as well. Thank You!
Not sure why Joe had a bad experience. I guess like many things in life, YMMV (your mileage many very). That just is what it is. The only thing I wanted to bring up was the cost. Your repair seems really high. Calfee was like $400 for the top tube plus a $100 for paint, I think. I have not seen the bill yet...
@All - I have found some great sources BUT, I need to locate a Trek Speed Concept rear dropout for the repair. Any Scrap Speed Concept frames out there?

Calfee, done.
They are THE carbon repair shop for the US. Thousands of repairs done, one of the first bike manufacturers to work with carbon, etc.
