Nice job on the swim time team. Keep it rolling with EN ninja execution on the bike
Gordon
hope Al T is ok. not out of the water?
Everyone's moving along and looking good with a few 45 mile bike splits in now.
thought I just saw an EN jersey, should have been coach P
Thanks Nate!!! Good to be back. I could not miss this special day!!!!
Niels off the bike in 5:30, Dave Tallo in 5:44
come on Wiseman!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Penny, I agree a 6:47 is off a bit for Al. Other athletes I have been following have also had challenging bike splits with the final 2 segments being a major challenge. Al's strength is his run!!!
Have been following the day.
Enjoyed the pros.
Nice work so far from the EN folks. Hang tough.
Patrick just crossed 10:16. Excellent!
My race here yesterday was *all* about getting BACK here and FINISHING. Two things I'd had some problems with in the past. I was not racing, simply participating with grace and gratitude. the conditions here make the "grace" part a little hard though.
So I didn't start my watch and never looked at my time or speed. Things I remember from my race:
Wow Al! Such an incredible journey! Thanks so much for sharing along the way. Awesome.
Al - Congrats on your return and finish at the big show. It has been quite a journey for you the last 2 years. Very inspiring to observe your comeback. Thanks for sharing your insights with the team. We all learn from your wisdom.
grace and gratitude -- thanks Al I enjoy learning from you. Congrats on getting back to Kona and a great race!
congrats to all but super impressed with Al. simply stunning!
