Pretty good here, legs are getting to that spot where they are sore most the time, but when I ask them to hit intervals they do. I wish I could have been more consitant in the swim practices leading up to the race, but it is what it is have to balance work, family and fun.
Starting to run through the list of things I need to get setup prior to the race that aren't 100% done; making sure I have transport for the bike, tune-up before the race, right shoes and clothing, right nutrition/salt tabs/etc, double checking race wheels, etc. Just working on making sure anything that I might need to order, break in, double check is in place here in the next couple weeks.
Plus trying to get all this setup around three trips I have to do for work in the next few weeks. So just need to get as much squared away as I can.
Well getting ready to head out and do my 2 hr run home.
I keep freaking out that I need to drop off the bike soon, then remember that I have RR #2 first, then drop off.
Training is pretty good. This is another interrupted weekend. Did 2 hours of 80-85% this morning, swim tonight, then I will do the FTP intervals and more 85% tomorrow morning before heading out. Sunday ride in the eve when I return. Not ideal but per RR#1, I should be fine.

I'm using TriTransport and they are picking my bike up April 26. I will be spinning in spinning class for the few bike wko's we have left.
