  Ill jump in with ya! Long run done at 4:00am....11 miles, attempted intervals but being so early I could barely get out of zone 1 for the first hour. At least it is done! Now time to rest and prep for the weekend riding

  hey guys welcome - it was getting lonely posting by myself last couple weeks
  
  so far this week wko's going well - missed hard bike yesterday due to DW bday - legs feel good today though - will hit long run tonite & weather is looking good for some long bikes this weekend

  last nite 100' long run - 84F & humid - 1st run in the heat - felt really good to sweat hard again - hit most of the paces

  @Jeff-The humidity hear in Chicago has been brutal this week too....yesturday morning's long run for me was like a long run in July! But we got er done Now I have a mini-tri today because I am making up Wednesday's ride...swim bike and run today.

  Two really good rides in the books - weather was awesome - one day 35 mi @ .82 and the other was 72 mi @ .76 - now time for chores

  Nice! I got 65 mi in Sat and 40 in Sun-The weather didn't totally cooperate here in Chicago tho-glad I got out early Sunday because it poured for most of the day. Today's run should be interesting-legs are feelin it today!
