Thought we could start a thread on where everyone is staying! I'll be at the Econolodge in Lake Placid on Cascade Rd, a little over a mile from the finish line!

I'm staying out of town in Keene Valley-friends house with a bed. Family & friends are all camping at KOA. If anyone is bring little kids, there is an IronKids race there. It's the one over near Whiteface!

I'm renting a small, very small house near the Summitt Hotel. One bedroom and we will be squeezing 5 people in for a few nights! Gotta love the price gouging IM week in Lake Placid!

Keith- As of last week, the Alpine Motor Inn in Lake Placid still had rooms. Not sure if they still do, but its somewhere to try!

Friends have to give up their KOA booking. Canceling tomorrow. Anyone want it? They are completely booked, so let me know today. It is the basic one--no water, no electricity. I'm staying at a friends house with bed & shower, but camping good for friends/family who don't need to prepare for the race! lmk!

Staying w/ friends from college, who live in Saranac Lake > far enough away from the hustle & bustle... close enough to get in/out quickly.
