been a busy week here - hitting all the wko's though - the tues swim only day was much appreciated as legs were tired - had a really nice brick last nite - all my z4 was climbing - tonite looks tough @ 120' but temps will be a pleasant 62 - getting ready for big tri day on sat - i'll start w/indoor swim and ride my way home

Ditto on the busy week-had to swap (again) long run for brick. Ran my 120' last night, gorgeous weather! Was able to hit the intervals well. Missed my swim Tuesday, though-may have to make that up later this week (Sunday?) after the big tri day Saturday-I'm excited, Chicago is forecasted for 86 degree temps with NO RAIN-First ride in weeks without rain!!! Getting psyched to get out and earn some tan lines
