Introductions
Jumping in to SC week 12 after 13 weeks of OS in preparation for Rev3 Quassy Olympic June 2. What's everyone else's background, OS, upcoming races, etc?
This will be my 3rd tri season. I've done mostly SC races, 1 HIM but this year I'm tackling IMFL as my first IM. Also doing Rev3 Maine HIM.
Did my swim test last night... 22:15 (about 45 secs loswer vs. last year but not bad) Working on my stroke and joining a tri swim group so hoping for some improvements! First year training w/ power as well so I'm sure I'll see some bike gains too.
First week in SC plan is a bit derailed due to travel but I'll do what I can and get back on track next week... Looking forward to virtually training with everyone for the next couple of months!

Hi Kim!
I'm new to the SC sandbox. Last few seasons, I've used OLYs as tune-ups for 70.3s, but I've had so much more fun w/ short course, I've decided to give it a real go this year.
Racing a handful of sprints & olympics, with a few 20-40k time trials thrown in.
Have been doing OS since Jan1, thinking I'll drop out in the next week or two and roll right into the SC race prep, 10 weeks backed out from 1st A-level OLY on June24th. But we'll see what RnP have to say about that.
Pretty much ignored EN philosophy this winter, and only followed the bike portion. Really needed to work on run base, so did away with intensity & ran 6 days a week at endurance pacing. Bumped up slowly, and am now running variations of 4:8:12 miles 6days/week. Have also been swimming 4x/week, mostly drill work, and just finished up the OS bike hack.
Looking forward to hanging out w/ some of the fasties in here!

I'll be making the SC transition in another few weeks. Happy training!
Had great success last year with this plan and with the RnP tweaks, I'm looking forward to good results again!
Hey - we have some new members! When you have the time, post a short introduction and what your goals are this season!
