Pre-Event Warm-Up

I know we're not supposed to exercise on Saturday, however, in the spirit of fun, I may have to get in a mile and a half. No affiliation.

I follow these guys too...but I'm not doing anything on Saturday.

It's never the same as in Kona....but have fun!!! Remember to put on lots of sunscreen for the Four Keys talk at 10am!
