Week 1- Getting Started
I have never done a core challenge before, I have a feeling by Wednesday nexty week I am going to think this is a terrible idea!!
I have the p-90X videos and I also use a TRX trainer for core exercises. I think the first week I am going to start nice and easy, I have to be able to move too!
Monday- P90X core Synergistics
Tuesday- probably an off day due to the fact I won't be able to move much.
Wednesday- Ab Ripper X- if I am still to sore just some TRX core work
Thursday- Yoga-X
Friday- Off day again
Saturday- AB Ripper X- or my version of it, I am pretty pathetic!!
Sunday- Stretch X
We'll see how week one goes... may have to make adjustments for week 2!!

Plan is to do a core workout 3 x next week while in Mallorca. I hope to do mon- fri self- designed to music using the stability ball and weds- ab ripper x. In the future I want to add yoga once my elbow is healed and can support it.
belly button- 30"
mid torso- 31"
upper ribcage- 32"
I don't have any goals physically (except maybe it would be nice to see a few ab muscles poke their way out!)- but my real goal is to make it through an entire session of Ab Ripper-X. May not get there in 4 weeks, but I'll record my progress and see how it goes.
