30/30s
Hi Guys,
I mentioned this briefly on the Tue. Week 2 thread but thought maybe this question should get it's own thread. Anyway, as I said I have a hard time getting in rhythm when I do 30/30s. During the OS I usually do 2/2s or 2.5/2.5s. So my question is, if I can hit the 120% that I am suppose to hit is it cool to do them as 1/1s?
